Starting off this list we have Christmas at Bute Park. The most festive outdoor event and perfect backdrop to sip on a seasonal Christmas cocktail. Boasting ‘the biggest festive light trail Wales has ever seen’, this dazzling experience looks set to warm up the festive season in style. With 4 bars dotted around the magical light trail you won’t be left thirsty for long. If you fancy something a little warmer, the marshmallow roasting fire pit andtheir Bailey’s hot chocolate will sure heat you up! Hosting a new chef every two weeks, the Neighbourhood Kitchen offers a variety of food options, with their last host, Dirty Gnocchi, bringing a taste of Italy to the Welsh Capital. Next on our list is the newly opened Thai restaurant Busaba, which offers modern Bangkok dishes and fabulous Asian inspired cocktails. Being the first Busaba restaurant to open outside of London, the people of Cardiff are in for a real treat. Their unique range of cocktails, such as the Naga Fireball, are sure to tickle the throats of any daring individual looking for a spice kick. With their aim to push the boundaries of mixology and their drive to set the standards of cocktails in Cardiff, Lab 22 offers a great choice for any true cocktail lover. If you fancy learning some of the tricks of the trade they also offer cocktail masterclasses for you to get down and dirty in the art of mixology. From cocktails such as Glitch, Concrete Daisy and Buck Fast, Die Young, their menu sure has a lot of unanswered questions just waiting for you to answer!
The Dead Canary
If castles and dragons excite you, and oldy worldy secret entrances are more your thing, then The Dead Canary might just be for you.
