Wow!!! Summer for Pop Up Bar Hire Co was such a wild and thrilling experience we’ve only just recovered! Because we had such a great time, we wanted to share some of the amazing events we were a part of with this summer events round up!
Tough Mudder
Tough Mudder, the brutal event any outdoor lover has heard of was one of our main gigs this summer and it sure didn’t disappoint. With courses up and down the length of Britain we travelled from the Hills of Yorkshire to the urban jungle of South London. Providing drinks to thirsty competitors and their supporting parties was such a thrill and might even have been more exhausting than the course itself!
We added a little touch of elegance to the final proceedings, serving fluted prosecco to victorious racers. Freedom Lager on draught was our best seller, with the competitors quenching a well-deserved pint at the end of their challenge. Another great drink option prized by all mudders, was our selection of The Canned Wine Co and The Uncommon, white and rose bubbly. These offerings sure went down a treat even with mud in every hole, crack and orifice!
We loved seeing the faces of every individual that defeated the challenging, wet and definitely muddy course and we can’t wait to be there again next year!
Film and Food Fest
Another exciting event the Pop Up Bar Hire Co team attended this summer was the outdoor Film and Food Fest hosted all across the country. We’re not sure there is a cup we haven’t filled, or a can we’ve left unopened. Travelling to 15 locations from Newcastle and Manchester down to Bournemouth to Cardiff we’ve done it all! With four days at each location watching films from Grease to Joker, we are now not only experts of the drinks trade; but are now true film buffs too!
